ECCOStandards & More KG is a consultancy and training firm established in 1998 that serves internationally active companies. The organisation specialises in the resource-efficient planning, coordination and implementation of EU Green Deal requirements within SMEs and companies with up to 4,500 employees. The aim is to maintain an overview of the many detailed regulations under the EU Green Deal and to utilise them profitably for the transformation.
To ensure this, the company has been working since 2004 on developing competitive advantages – both strategic and operational – through the concept of sustainability. The added value lies in the integration of strategic and operational knowledge.
The objectives of our activities are:
- to define an organisation’s level of sustainability maturity;
- to identify and analyse the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks of the company and its product range;
- to provide guidance and recommendations on various areas, such as climate, circular economy, mobility, resource efficiency and, above all, governance strategy (corporate governance);
- and to develop new business models.
ECCOStandards & More KG offers corporate development programmes based on the international ISO 26000 guidance and the requirements of the EU Green Deal. In collaboration with the CSR Dialogue Forum, training courses in the field of CSR are also offered; further details can be found at www.csr-dialogforum.com. This is because sustainability requires cooperation and networking in order to manage complexity, volatility and uncertainty. Due to the high standards involved, ECCOStandards & More KG founded the CSR Dialogforum back in 2007 as an international network comprising a wide range of experts; it is accredited and holds consultative status with the United Nations.
Through our certification partner Quality Austria, it is possible to use eccos22® as a sustainability assessment in line with the various requirements for norms and standards set by stakeholders (www.qualityaustria.com/eccos22). The focus is on the ESG criteria that every company must take into account, either directly or indirectly. Upon completion of the eccos22® Management Assessment, companies receive the eccos22® certificate and the international eccos22® seal of approval for ‘Excellence in Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility’, awarded by the CSR Dialogforum, for the purpose of providing evidence.
In collaboration with various IT partner companies, we are also constantly working on innovations in sustainability and IT to develop monitoring systems and ensure the traceability of the data collected.
