The eccos²²®-Sparring Partnership

The eccos²²® Management Assessment is a highly comprehensive and versatile tool for corporate development toward sustainable business management. Some of our clients use the sparring partnership—in line with SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)—to thoroughly explore the possibilities and benefits of eccos²²® before launching the assessment process. We examine current challenges and provide an external expert perspective on the company. This ensures that the internal team is well-prepared and that the most appropriate applications of eccos²²® for the respective company are fully utilized.     Utilize methods and questions from traditional coaching while also contributing experience, expertise, recommendations, and proposed solutions
    Assess potential solutions for their suitability for the client and the company
    Provide support during the implementation of the project
    Discuss difficult situations that arise during the implementation of the solution via telephone as needed, and, if necessary, role-play the situations

The eccos22® consulting modules for greater sustainability

We have developed a suite of modular consulting services tailored to our clients’ needs, designed to build on one another and guide the transformation toward sustainable business management. The eccos22® PRE-ASSESSMENT helps business leaders determine their company’s current status on the maturity scale with regard to sustainability and business excellence. With the eccos22® Sustainability ANALYSIS, the findings from the VORASSESSMENT are explored in depth together with management and translated into initial recommendations for action. The eccos22® Sustainability ACTION PLAN then serves as the roadmap for the sustainability steering team to implement the outputs from the VORASSESSMENT and ANALYSIS within the company and to meet international standards and trends. For individuals and/or specific focus areas, we remain available through individual eccos22® business coaching sessions.
