Claudia Rankers is an editor, author, and member of various judging panels, and is regularly sought after as a speaker, panellist and podcast guest. Since 2003, she has been the founder and owner of Rankers Family Office, a multi-family and entrepreneurial office that provides comprehensive support for all financial matters relating to high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs.

Previously, she managed the assets of high-net-worth private and corporate clients in her role as a director at the Swiss bank UBS. At Deutsche Bank, she headed a private banking unit as a director and was responsible for special funds as well as investments for companies, foundations and associations. Claudia Rankers holds a degree in Banking and Finance, is an EFA (European Financial Advisor), a Certified Financial Specialist (FH), a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Certified Generation Advisor (CGA) and a Certified Foundation and Estate Planner (CFEP).

In 2016, she was appointed to the Start-up Alliance and, in 2022, to the Start-up Board of the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economic Affairs. In 2022, she also became a network partner of the Rhineland-Palatinate Transformation Agency. As Honorary Chair of the Rhineland-Palatinate State Women’s Council, she oversees matters relating to finance, the economy, sustainability and impact. Claudia Rankers has, among other things, founded a network for female entrepreneurs and a think tank. She is the initiator of the nationwide award ‘Successful Women in SMEs’, which will be held for the third time in 2023 in cooperation with the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management (www.frauen-im-mittelstand.de). Through her books “Sustainability – Women Shape the Future” in 2021 and “Start-ups – Women Shape the Future” in 2022, she has brought over 80 dedicated female academics and entrepreneurs to the fore. In September 2023, her third book on the topic of “Business Succession – Women Shape the Future” will be published – again by FAZ-Verlag and featuring over 40 best practices. Claudia Rankers is currently working on a sustainability project designed to equip all small and medium-sized enterprises with the in-depth knowledge needed to develop a networked corporate strategy, prioritise appropriate measures and, on the path to transformation, achieve an ESG rating and produce a sustainability report.

In 2021, Claudia Rankers was awarded the Order of Merit of Rhineland-Palatinate for almost 30 years of voluntary service.
