Christoph Eichinger is an agricultural scientist with many years of experience in the social economy, project management, and adult education. For over two decades, he led socio-economic enterprises such as Freiwald Werkstätten and ALOM Manufaktur, focusing on the qualification and employment of disadvantaged individuals.
Since 2020, he has been advising companies on labor market integration as a business consultant at NEBA-Betriebsservice. In addition, he is an EFQM and Social Label assessor, mediator, and trainer with a focus on quality management, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
