BOARD SEARCH introduces itself
BOARD SEARCH is a provider for Supervisory Bodies, Advisory Bodies, Foundation Boards and Foundation Board Members, Administrative Board Members or, in general, members of organs for supervisory and controlling bodies of a “new generation” that act at a professional level.
BOARD SEARCH, which was established in 2013, resorts to long-standing experience of its founders. BOARD SEARCH helps qualified and independent Supervisory Board Members to find suitable positions, identifies adequate candidates by using selective selection procedures and offers such services as assessment centres, evaluation or on-boarding.
BOARD SEARCH has published more than 30 technical papers – primarily in the technical journal “Aufsichtsrat Aktuell” (Supervisory Board, Current Affairs) – and contributions to books, such as: “Handbuch des Aufsichtsrats, Managementhaftung in der Praxis, Philanthropie 2.0” (Handbook for the Supervisory Board, management liability in practice, Philanthropy 2.0).
Numerous events have contributed to branding of BOARD SEARCH. Besides the “Forum Aufsichtsrat” (Forum Supervisory Board), this particularly is the Supervisory Board Gala, which was held for the first time worldwide in 2015. On the occasion of this gala, the AREX Award (“Award für Aufsichtsrat Excellence” – Award for Excellence in Supervisory Boards) is presented in 5 categories every year.
BOARD SEARCH and the CSR Dialogforum have very much in common. Primarily it is a question of sustainable management and responsible management. In this respect, the Supervisory Board plays a leading role – in the true sense of the term. The Supervisory Board also stands up for values, long-term thinking, environmental focus and social responsibility – i.e. criteria that also are important at the presentation of the AREX Award (“Award für Aufsichtsrat Excellence” – Award for Excellence in Supervisory Boards).
